Previously, the client used traditional single-machine, multi-line production: multiple individual machines for shearing, pre-bending, corner cutting, rigging, and hemming were scattered, with workpieces manually transferred. Each line required 6-8 operators, resulting in high labor costs, inconsistent rigging precision, time-consuming changeovers and adjustments, and a slow production cycle. To meet the specific production needs of 20L tinplate chemical drums, and in accordance with the four core standards of chemical packaging—explosion-proof, sealing, compliance, and mass production—we have customized an integrated, fully automated production line. This line employs core technologies such as servo-controlled precision rounding, resistance seamless welding, precision double-layer sealing, and fully automated negative pressure leak detection. The entire process is automated and requires no human intervention, perfectly matching the standardized mass production of 20L round tinplate chemical drums. It also supports flexible production changes to smaller sizes, adapting to the production of paint drums, solvent drums, lubricating oil drums, and many other product categories.
