The automatic can seamer has a precise positioning and alignment mechanism. It uses devices such as photoelectric sensors to detect the position of can body and lids. When they reach the sealing position, t sensor will send a signal to enable the machine's mechanical arm or fixture to accurately position and align them. If there is a deviation in the position, the machine will automatically adjust to ensure that can lid can accurately cover can body.
The automatic can seamer can ensure the high consistency of sealing quality through advanced control systems and precision mechanical components. During the can sealing process, pressure, roll sealing size and other parameters of each can can be accurately controlled, which helps to reduce the defective rate of cansand improve the overall quality.
