Working Principle
Relying on Joule heating: electric current passes through the overlapped joint to generate resistance heat; pressure is applied to fuse materials and form a continuous hermetic weld seam.

Feeding & curling unit: vacuum sheet picking, double-sheet detection, edge bending and cylinder forming
Welding unit: upper and lower copper wheel electrodes, variable-frequency power supply and servo pressure system
Control system: PLC plus touchscreen with closed-loop regulation of welding current, clamping pressure and running speed
Protection system: nitrogen shielding against oxidation and in-line quality inspection
