This combiner is specially designed for the integrated post-forming processing of 10–20L tinplate square cans (chemical square pails, paint pails, oil pails, coating square cans, food & solvent square cans). After cylindrical can bodies are formed by resistance welding, they are directly fed into this machine. It continuously completes a full set of processes in one go: weld positioning, cylindrical expansion into square shape, panel/corner beading, top flanging, bottom flanging, automatic bottom seaming, can body turnover and top lid seaming. It serves as the core main machine for the 3-piece square can production line.
Complete Machine Station Process Flow:
Can feeding & upright positioning + weld positioning: Cylinders output from the welder are automatically aligned, and weld positions are precisely locked to ensure uniform forming of four corners.
Hydraulic servo expansion for square forming: Round can bodies are expanded into standard square shape in a single operation.
Four-corner beading: Reinforcing ribs are pressed to improve the can’s deformation resistance and compression resistance.
Synchronous top & bottom flanging: Outward flanging is performed on can mouth and can bottom to meet requirements for double seaming.
Automatic bottom lid feeding + bottom double seaming.
180° can body turnover mechanism.
Automatic top lid feeding + top lid seaming.
