Process Flow
Sheet Feeding
The automatic CNC feeder continuously supplies tinplate to the entire line.
Blanking
High-speed press → forming die → round blanks are punched out, with the diameter determined by the can height / caliber.
Pre-forming
Round blanks are pre-formed into a spherical shape.
Multi-station Forming
Bottom end: Trimming - pre-curling - curling
Top end: Trimming - pre-curling - curling - necking - piercing
