The Single Slitter is a fully automatic single-stroke slitting equipment commonly used in the can-making industry. It is mainly used to cut whole tinplate sheets to a fixed length in a single pass to produce rectangular blanks of a single size, differing from the bidirectional slitting process of the "longitudinal and transverse compound shearing machine". It consists of a feeding rack, conveying and correcting platform, circular knife shearing machine and material receiving rack.
Single slitter integrates multiple functions: piece counting, batch counting, output counting and stop control, automatic lowering of the material rack and automatic machine stop upon processing the last sheet.
The chain tension of the feeding and receiving rack lifting mechanism is adjustable. It is equipped with double-sheet detection to protect the blade, material-receiving fan to prevent surface scratching, and counting-linked material receiving lowering function.Faults are prompted with graphics and text. It is fitted with knife adjustment scales and edge guide devices, and adopts vacuum generator valves.
The feeding rack adopts magnet and fan separation structure, equipped with wide pressure rubber and quick material-receiving partition.
Other configurations include adjustable machine speed, spring-equipped pusher, digitally adjustable distance between sheets and the pusher, brake motors for feeding and receiving lifting, and adjustable side gauge angles.
