The Semiauto Sheet Feeder is a device with manual auxiliary feeding and automatic feeding and positioning. It is mainly matched with punching machines to realize continuous feeding of iron sheets, balancing efficiency and cost. Workers place iron sheets on the material rack, and the machine automatically completes feeding, fixed-length conveying, positioning and clamping. Feeding and material replacement rely on manual work, while feeding movements are fully automatic.
Working Principle:
Manual feeding: Workers place single iron sheets on the feeding table, and the machine is equipped with a double-sheet detection function.
Clamping and feeding: The fixed clamp clamps the iron sheet → the movable clamp loosens and moves forward → the movable clamp clamps tightly → the fixed clamp loosens → the material is pulled to the set length.
Processing cycle: After feeding is in place, the punching machine operates. The machine automatically resets after completion and waits for the next cycle. Only manual material placement is required in the whole process.
