Presses are essential equipment for lid production and deep-drawn can manufacturing. For lid production lines, we primarily adopt Yangli open-gap presses. Core Structure & Key Configurations
Frame: Open-gap presses adopt steel plate welded frames; straight-side presses use cast-and-welded composite frames. Both deliver high rigidity and strong deformation resistance.
Transmission System: Equipped with crankshaft or eccentric gear mechanisms with single-stage or two-stage reduction. Straight-side presses are mostly fitted with eight-sided right-angle guide rails for superior guiding accuracy.
Clutch & Brake: Mid-to-high end models use wet friction clutches, while basic versions adopt dry clutches. All units are equipped with hydraulic overload protection to prevent jamming and protect dies.
Control System: Integrated with PLC and electronic cam, supporting motor-driven die height adjustment and digital display of shut height. Optional accessories include frequency converters, air cushions, light curtains and automatic feeders.
Lubrication System: Adopts forced lubrication with electric grease pumps; key moving pairs are supplied with automatic thin oil lubrication.
