The Automatic Sheet Feeder is a key piece of equipment in metalworking automation lines. It is designed specifically for unmanned loading and feeding of metal sheets, and is widely used in can manufacturing, sheet metal stamping, laser cutting, and other scenarios, continuously feeding sheet metal to presses.
Working Principle:
1. Sheet Separation: Magnetic separators and air-blowing devices on the material table separate individual sheets from the stack.
Suction Pickup: The gantry mechanism lowers with vacuum suction cups, which use negative pressure to pick up a single sheet and lift it.
Transfer: Servo motors drive the crossbeam to move, transporting the sheet stably above the processing station.
Release & Feeding: The suction cups release vacuum pressure to drop the sheet, and the feeding mechanism accurately delivers it into the press, cutter, or other equipment.
Cyclic Operation: The equipment automatically resets and repeats the above steps for continuous unmanned production.
