CNC Sheet Feeder is a numerically controlled automatic feeding equipment specially designed for whole iron sheets. Matched with punching machines, it realizes automatic sheet shifting and precision processing.
Core Structure
1. Heavy-duty machine platform: Rigid tabletop with high load capacity and anti-deformation performance,
equipped with positioning grooves.
2. Servo transmission assembly: Consists of servo motor, ball screw and linear guide rail for stable transmission.
3. CNC control system: Supports touchscreen programming, program storage and layout drawing import.
4. Clamping mechanism: Pneumatic clamps secure sheets; vacuum suction cups are optional to avoid surface scratches.
5. Sensor protection: Photoelectric positioning and safety light curtain, synchronously linked with machine tools.
