The Square Can Beading Machine is mainly used to roll annular or strip reinforcing ribs on the outer wall of square metal cans, so as to improve the strength, rigidity and stacking stability of the cans.
Working Principle
Vertical type: The can body is sleeved on the internal expanding die and fixed by pneumatic or hydraulic expansion.
External rolling forming: External beading rollers (molding rollers) fit closely against the can wall under pressure.
Rotary forming: The can body or beading rollers rotate, and the metal sheet undergoes plastic deformation under extrusion between internal and external dies to form continuous convex ribs.
Features for square cans: Rolling is conducted synchronously or sequentially from four directions to ensure uniform rib positions on four sides and four corners without dead angles.
